Product Introduction

The fireproof coating board includes a rock wool board substrate layer, and a layer of fireproof coating is coated on both sides of the rock wool board substrate layer. This product uses rock wool board as the base material, and is covered with fireproof coating on both sides. It has low density, light weight, and is easy to transport and apply. This product expands when exposed to fire and releases non-toxic, harmless, environmentally friendly, and pollution-free gases, without halogen components. Suitable for fire protection of cables of various voltage levels in industries such as power, petroleum, petrochemicals, metallurgy, communication, and construction.

Scope of use

Suitable for fire protection of various voltage level cables in industries such as power, petroleum, petrochemicals, metallurgy, communication, and construction, as well as electrical cabinet holes and cable through wall holes.

Installation instructions

  • . Clean the opening and keep the surface dry
    2. Cables and cable trays must be kept dry, dust-free, and oil-free.
    3. Carefully mark the position of the penetrations on the board, and use a knife or saw
to cut the board into a shape that fits the size of the holes and penetrations as much as
    possible.
4.Apply expansion type fireproof sealant or elastic fireproof sealant to the surface of
the penetrant that will come into contact with the board.
    5. Apply elastic fireproof sealant to the surface around the opening and the board
    6. Push the cut board into the hole, aligning it with the surface of the substrate, and
apply elastic fireproof sealant to seal the edges.
    7. Fill the missing gaps with mineral wool (such as between the board and the cable),
and then seal them with elastic fireproof sealant or expandable fireproof sealant.
8.Apply fireproof coating to both sides of the board with a dry thickness of 0.5mm,
achieving a dry thickness of at least 1mm.
9.Apply fire-resistant coating to both sides of the penetrant (including bridge
components) by 200mm to ensure the integrity of the system
